Return policy

At Pink is Blue, we prioritize our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please carefully review your order details, including size, color, style, and shipping address, before placing your order.

If you need to change your shipping address, size, or color/style, please contact us at pinkisblue.shop@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, orders are already in processing and cannot be changed, canceled, or modified.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include clear photos of the issue in your email.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size, color, style selection, or change of mind. Exchanges or replacements are only offered for items confirmed to be defective or incorrect upon arrival.

RETURN

To be eligible for a return, the item must be approved by our team first and must be unused, unworn, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Incorrect color/style selected

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Refunds are only offered for items confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

If your refund request is approved, we’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
